Great question! The first step is to "Submit an Inquiry" where you share your name, contact information, and a little bit about what services you're interested in. I'll also ask you to share a bit about yourself and the challenge(s) you're currently facing!

After you submit an inquiry, I'll do my best to respond within 24 hours to provide a complimentary consult (over email or the phone). In this consult, I'll include a few recommendations, pricing, and next-steps for how we can work together.

Following this consult, we'll discuss the scope of working together and come to an agreement. Once we do, I'll begin the work that is commissioned.

Is it free to talk to you?

Absolutely! I love networking and connecting with folks! Any initial consults or responses (e.g., phone, email, chat, etc.) are completely free. I will not charge for any freelance work until after all terms are agreed upon.

Not to worry, I'm here to help! If you're not quite sure what you need help with-- that's perfectly normal! Just submit an inquiry with a bit of information about your firm, any ongoing challenges, and I'll make recommendations of where we can start (free of charge).

How much do you charge for your services?

Great question! How much I charge depends on the services that I am providing:

Specific Tasks (e.g., setting up a CRM) may be quoted at a fixed price.
Ongoing Projects (e.g., managing social media) may be quoted at an hourly rate.
